Rita

Rita, a severe stroke patient, was in urgent need of ongoing therapies and support when she found herself without funding. Feeling lost and unsure of where to turn, she was quickly caught in a difficult situation. Thankfully, Rita found Back to Basics, where we not only assisted her with securing the funding she needed but also provided consistent support through exercise therapy. Our team worked closely with allied health professionals and supported Rita in a social community setting, ensuring her journey toward recovery was both holistic and well-supported.
